Day 22 and 23

On Friday I did a weights work out. did upper boddy, jogged 2.5 miles which felt like running through mud and I did abs.

On sunday I jogged 8.5 miles with my coworker. It felt realy good and comfortable. We didn't jog fast but we did do one huge hill. I was suprised I climbed it.
