training day 1

So I decided I am going to use Livejournal as a log for my training for my 7 mile race to keep track of my progress and keep me motivated.

Day 1- ran 7.5 miles in an hour. ran 7 miles in 55:54 on a treadmill with no hills

Day 2- ran 4.5 miles with hills at a 7.5 (8 minute per mile) pace. Streched.
