So this project started when I was grumbling to
runenklinge about Geoff Johns' apparent subtle retconning of Lisa's reason for becoming the Golden Glider (with the new focus on her brother, not her dead boyfriend). I decided to list all the old quotes relating to her revenge on Barry Allen...and then somehow the project turned into typing up all the dialogue

you were absolutely right (as usual)
It´s "revenge for Roscoe" here, "I´ll avenge Roscoe" there...
This is the Golden Glider speaking via a remote hook-up between my flying top and Iris Allen’s vocal cords

After raiding my brother’s hideout for these special ice-air skates
makes you wonder why exactly Cold made these...maybe he thought ice-air hockey could become popular? Because he wanted to try them himself seems more likely, but...Currently I´m imagining Len in Lisa´s skates...
I was 99% sure of my suspicions! But Iris Allen’s references to her husband’s super-speed --- plus the spectacular vibrating car stunt that saved them from the trees I felled --- eliminates that doubtful 10%
lisa does math with 109% accuracy^^

She was pretty obsessed. Which is why I'm so irritated by what Johns seems to be doing; that is a LOT of dialogue/motivation to retcon.

That and Lisa's supposed telepathy later on...

I can only assume he made them for her, maybe as a toy, since they fit her and not him. But maybe he made some for himself too.

I imagine Len skating through the air glider-style....with sparkles and diamonds^^
Although you'd think at least some Rogues *coughRoscoecough* would have gotten one too...
that depends....was he in prison at one occassion after he got his new set of powers?
I guess the others didn´t get special treatment because they were either not long enough in jail (As a renowned psychiatrist I could start a therapy with Pied Piper - damn, he broke out again. So much for that idea.)
And the other Rogues were mainly criminals whose favorite pasttime was to rob banks etc...she was dead set on torturing a man out of personal reasons. Maybe that´s the difference in the writers´eyes....

I think he owns all the issues...that's what I recall him saying. He probably knows exactly what he's doing, he just likes this version better. It's not like he isn't willing to retcon the hell out of a lot of other things.

He's so PRETTY!

No (he died pretty soon after), but demanding on TV to be made ruler of the world or he'll blow up half of it with a giant atomic grenade is kind of an obvious warning sign :> That probably calls for a psych evaluation right there. Also, the obsession with tops doesn't help.
