i don't know your face no more
it's been a while since i made a decent post, so, hi! sorry if i've been pretty absent. final semester of uni is proving more invasive and time consuming than i imagined.
what i'm watching/reading:
- i've finally, finally gotten around to watching 'kings' and it is honestly some of the best television i've ever seen. the quality of it and the time it takes in developing every facet of character and relationship is so compelling and wonderful and i'm kind of avoiding the last couple of eps because i'm not sure i want it to be over. seriously a+ television.
- i'm reading john keats' 'so bright and delicate: love letters and poems of john keats to fanny brawne' and it is so beautiful. just. really. i'm loving it. highly recommended. along with jane campion's 'bright star' which is honestly a gorgeous representation of this.
- i've watched a ton of movies the last few weeks too, and 'beneath hill 60' is probably the best i've seen all year. it's really funny and moving and heart-wrenchingly sad. i was like, sobbing by the end of it. if you can get a hold of it, you really should try and watch it. it's brilliant.
