AotW: End of Fashion - Self-Titled (2005)
Another Australian album this week. I was actually going to post their second one, but I changed my mind. This has long been one of my favourite albums. The lead singer even made an appearance in 'Grace' lol. I don't think anyone picked up on it. It was incredibly self-indulgent of me.
I'm not entirely sure what to say about this really. It was huge here when it was released in 2005, mostly from the lead single 'O Yeah', and I'm not going to lie, I bought it solely because I really liked that song. Since then though, it's become one of the very few albums that I don't feel the need to skip songs on. It's such an incredibly strong debut, varying stylistically from song-to-song but really held together with Justin's awesome voice.
I'm a huge 'Little Birdy' fan as well, and the fact that Justin and Katy from LB were dating at the time means we get a wonderful duet between the two on 'Oh Strain'. Seriously. It's wonderful.
This song is one of my favourites, and it actually isn't a good representation of the rest of the album, but it's a very good song for Justin's voice. It's also great because he's a massive dork in the video. So hey! Have a look.

On a completely different note, I handed in my last assessment today! I'm so stoked on life. No more classes until Feb. :D AND I'm going to Sydney at the end of the week for a holiday. Seriously stoked on life.
