So the new life is rather good ^^ Going to school is not so hard and getting home on the bus is a breeze now. I get up early just to be awake and do things that I have been meaning to do. I would have to say on a scale of one to ten that I have made about a three point jump towards the good ^^ Where home life was about a 6 here is definitely a 9! School is still really really difficult but I am trying like hell still.
I would have to say one of the most rewarding things after the move other than living with my significant other whom I love dearly is the fact that I have begun a routine workout! It was something that I wanted to do at home really badly but I lacked the focus to do so with parents and siblings nagging at me over anything and everything. I have goals that I looked up online that seem rather reasonable to me. Perhaps I will share them with everyone later but for now I'll share what I do.
I do about 30 minutes a day on treadmill or elliptical ranging in speed from about 3 to 5 MPH. That is usually enough to make my legs feel like rubber and my depth perception to go all wonky hehe. Then I do reps on the bench press. I've gone from 50 to about 70 in a week’s worth of figuring out what is right for me. my goal is to be able to do three sets of ten comfortable with my weight [which is roughly 200 at the moment].
I haven’t' really lost any weight but the real thing that I notice is that I honestly feel GREAT!! Another rewarding effect of the workout is the fact that I don't want to eat everything under the sun anymore. I feel quite happy eating like a normal person.
I recommend working out to everyone!!! Honestly I used to be afraid to do it because I thought I would look like a moron, but after becoming a bit of a regular in the fitness center I would have to say that I have grown a healthy respect for anybody that takes care of themselves by working out no matter how terribly fat or out of shape they are. The fact remains that they are trying!
Love everyone!! ^^ ~huggs for all~
