Yesterday, my last birthday present, the one I got for myself, arrived in the mail! I had ordered the Arashi Around Asia 2006 Dome concert pamphlet, and it finally got here *flails

I know what you mean about the income thing--this was a ind of constant frustration when I was in grad school ^^; But the flip side is that now that we're a two income household, I think we likely indulge overmuch. I put money into retirement and all, but otherwise am somewhat profligate ^^;

oooooh, bracelet charms makes sense! like for a thin bangle or something? Ir a thong-type or friendship-bracelet type thing that the charm could be attached to . . . *ponders*

The candies are just . . . adorable! And tasty--one had broken also I ate it and then contemplated how many I was really going to display . . .

Hee, I constantly live vicariously through people, too! *hugs* and I think the whole world needs rainbow polish! Also, Rainbow boyband standees to hang around with in lieu of the real thing!

Oh good lord--we just went to Costco today, and when we were checking out, I saw that the Boy had put SIXTEEN POUNDS of confectioner's sugar in our cart, as well as 4 pounds of butter. I think cookie season approacheth. ^_^ *goes to check out her cookie recipes*
