Happy Valentine's Day!

I am celebrating this Valentine's Day by dealing with snow, like many of us. The roads are terrible out there, and I won't breathe easily 'til mr. muse gets home tonight, but at least I don't have to go out again (except to shovel the walks, but that doesn't require a car so doesn't really count). I nearly had a heart attack driving to the doctor's office this morning, and then I had to get back. *cries* The roads are so not clear. (Yes, I would have been very happy to reschedule the appointment, except she wouldn't have been able to see me for six weeks. Don't think I didn't call.)
I do have to say it's funny turning on the news and having the entire lunchtime local newscast be about the snow. I know it's the first big-ish storm of the year, but it is winter in New England. Are we really that amazed by frozen water falling from the sky? Oh no! The celestial fermament is crumbling upon us! The very heavens are landing at our feet!
Also? I have no chocolate in the house, and that is just not right on Valentine's Day. Or any day, really. So I wish you all lots of love and chocolate in your lives, today and every day!
