Letter of Complaint to Microsoft

I was attempting to purchase the three DLCs available for my Windows PC Copy of Fallout3. When I opened Home in-game, the marketplace it directed me to was for the Xbox. I mistakenly used 2400 microsoft points to purchase the three Fallout 3 DLCs. As I do not own an Xbox, these are useless to me. I would like to return the three Xbox DLCs in return for the 2400 points back, so I could then use the Games For Windows - Live program to re-purchase them for my PC. Or if you'd rather just change my purchase order yourself, that would also be fine. Just so long as I can download Operation: Anchorage, The Pitt, and Broken Steel to my Windows PC. And to be quite honest, the whole GFWL thing and downloading has been a huge pain, and I do wish Microsoft had worked out some deal with Valve so that I could've downloaded this content directly from Steam, without having to install three separate updates to my computer, and purchase 2500 'Points,' of which 100 are just going to lie fallow.

I woulda been more wordy, and gone a bit more into how much more I prefer Steam, and Valve as a whole, to anything Microsoft has been doing, but I ran out of characters. And you know the real pain in the ass? All of this crap took so long I need to go to bed, rather than going to shoot ghouls in the head.

I desire to break into the home of whichever Microsoft lawyer got the bright idea to restrict this content to Microsoft-only venues, sneak up to them while they're sleeping, and pee a large quantity of angry fire ants on their face. Biologist friends, I might need your help on this one.
