Either way, age isn't a question here.

The fact alone that I've taken the initiative to do this should be a display of what type of leader I'll be. Should we want to change it until it's organized, fine. Until then, I'll take the responsibility.

If it helps, I do have combat training and have served as an officer. [...he tends to be a pretty damn good sniper, too.] However, I also do have training on the strategic side as well and I work well with others. [...when they realise I'm around.]
