Finally!!!
First of all, whether you love or hate Twilight (me I'm rather indifferent) - this is the most hilarious icon I've seen in a while.
I finally got the first scene of the next chapter of Shrine Prostitute done! *dies* Took 8 pages too. I just seem to be able to go on and on and on...haha.
I'm so happy to finally be done with this, and I'm rather pleased with the way it turned out to. It did all the things I needed it to do, laid the foundation for later scenes, actions, and situations, yet isn't overly obvious about it. It might be rather disjointed and random, but that'll be for the beta to decide. (poor girl.) ^_-
The rest should come pretty quickly (the parts I don't already have written while I was waiting for inspiration to strike - and my brain fog to clear long enough - to write the dratted first scene). So I hope to have the next chapter out sometime next week - it all depends on my beta of course. I seem to always have the worst timing with her and just delight in sending her 25 page chapters during midterms or when she's got a major paper due. Blarg.
In other news, fallingstr12204 had the idea that Miyavi would be the perfect Deidara while Gackt would make a good Itachi. I volunteered to do the photomanip and I must admit that I didn't see the connection between Gackt/Itachi as much as the other but then I started working on the photo she provided me and, well, look for yourself:
