More inane ramblings
Hello internet, I'm back! Well, kinda.
I haven't had much of a presence anywhere the last couple weeks. I had one medical procedure done on the 3rd and another on the 8th so I've been a bit absent from life lately. Hopefully I'll be getting back into the swing of things shortly though.
(Totally random aside: It's for this reason I've never gotten how anyone can be into recreational drug use. I'll sit with a cloud over my brain and it drives me to insanity. How anyone can crave it - and I say this as an escapist - I just plain don't understand. Does not compute.)
Surprisingly I've been doing a bit of art though so I've been popping in at deviantart. Playing around in Photoshop requires little of my attention and I've found it rather cathartic to have something to do. (I even entered a coloring contest on devart and won! I now has a subscription, not that I have any idea what to do with the thing, haha.)
I'm hoping the fog will lift for the most part in the next couple days though. Then I can finally get back to all the writing that I've been itching to do.

On the agenda:
- Shrine Prostitute of course. This first scene is killing me and is probably what will delay the chapter even further. It requires real concentration and finagling, seeing as its a legal scene, so I kinda need some brainpower for it. Here's hoping procedure #2 actually helps in that endeavor as it was originally supposed to. So as it is I'm working on the later scenes but am still stuck there. Guh.
- Inu/Kag oneshot for knittingknots that doesn't seem to be going quite where I was expecting but, then again, few things do. ^_-
- Finish up angsty Labyrinth fic for celticoak - finally figured out what I'm doing with it! I really liked the first, fluffy one, but it's jut another indication of how few things turn out the way I originally intend. (Yeah, I get fluffy humor from an angsty request? Even I don't know how I managed that one, except that fluff/humor tends to be my default, haha.)
- Start in earnest on my KakashixSakura ANBU fic. I've got the whole thing written in my head now I just have to get it onto the screen. Blarg.
- Still working on some arts a bit. It's rather relaxing, oddly enough, so I'm having fun with it. Plus I've gotta put that subscription to use somehow. ^_-
