author's notes: this is written for blackpearlsails drabble challenge. i am not so sure about this one but i hope you like it. i've gotten addicted to these drabbles. as usual, concrit is MORE than welcome!
When it came to matters of the heart, Jack was not the most skilled in the department. He’d lived a fulfilling, if selfish life and he had been quite proud of it. Now, however, as he looked at the small dial in his hand, he could feel that strange and all too familiar nudging sense of a conscience tugging at the back of his mind...
He handed the bottle over to her and sighed.
Who wanted to live forever anyway?
