This is very peculiar. I'm reading a Wodehouse novel I've never read before, and it's boring me. I didn't know that could even happen. It's The Coming of Bill, which was first published in 1919 (in the US, under the title Their Mutual Child, for completists), and it's... strangely dull. It is lovely, isn't it? :) And most of the time, so is Wodehouse, only just now he has me all confuzzled with his un-funniness. I decree that this must stop. stop!

I think I've got you beat on that latest reply in the universe thing... anyway, I think The Coming of Bill is unfunny, and afrai says Damsel in Distress is, too. Though I expect it depends on one's sense of humor. :)
