when worlds collide
Back when I went to see 8 Mile, my brain slid sideways for a bit, what with the trailer and the baby sister and the protectiveness and the bleedover effect and whatnot, and I spent a few moments in a universe where Marshall Mathers joined a boyband and Chris Kirkpatrick was an angry rapper. Kind of an entertaining place, except that it seems to require an actual plot and way more thought than I feel motivated to give to young Mathers just at present.
Anyone? I mean, if it's an AU, he can have a lovely singing voice....
