I don't know about this Harry is quite a different sentence from I don't know about this, Harry. Commas are your friends. Or they can be, anyway.

Separate has two e's and two a's, all lovely and symmetrical. And personally, I'm biased enough to think that a volunteering beta-reader who claims to be "good at grammer" should at least know how to spell it. I'm picky that way.

It doesn't have to be a band, does it? I mean, as long as it's the same songwriter.

1. Are you male or female?

The girls today in society
go for classical poetry.

2. Describe yourself:

It's not 'cause I wouldn't,
it's not 'cause I shouldn't,
and Lord knows it's not 'cause I couldn't.
It's simply because I'm the laziest gal in town.

3. How do people feel about you?

If they ever black your eyes, put me wise.
If they ever cook your goose, turn me loose.
And if they ever put a bullet through your brain,
I'll complain.

4. How do you feel about yourself?

I want to ride to the ridge where the West commences,
gaze at the moon until I lose my senses.
I can't look at hobbles and I can't stand fences.
Don't fence me in.

5. Describe your (last) boyfriend/girlfriend;

He may have hair upon his chest, but sister, so has Lassie.

6. What would you rather be doing?

Good authors, too, who once knew better words
now only use four-letter words writing prose.
Anything goes.

7. Describe where you live:

Every time I look down on this timeless town...

8. Describe how you love:

If we'd thought a bit of the end of it
when we started painting the town
we'd have been aware that our love affair
was too hot not to cool down.

9. Share a few words of wisdom:

You'll never win laurels because of your morals.

Well, I had fun, anyway.
