He's goin' back to Cali
In May Michael Dearest moved back to New Orleans after nine years in Los Angeles. Each time I've spoken to him over the last few months, he's clearly been less and less happy with things there. Yesterday he mentioned giving serious consideration to leaving before completing the year he had planned to stay. And this morning I get an email that he's leaving for L.A. on the 15th! Who knew my "life's too short to be miserable" speech was so effective?
