I'M UPDATING FOR REAL
I'm at work right now with NOTHING to do. Okay, that's not entirely true I can always be doing some filing but alas.
What is my life right now? Basically, awesome.
Work has finally slowed down and we're about caught up. We've been basically sitting at 100% all the time which is awesome. An apartment comes up to rent we rent it within a week. I have a unit that won't be available until August 15th and we have it rented. I also got a raise effective the beginning of this month. It's not a huge raise (2% I believe) but still. More money is always good.
I've lost a little bit of weight (or at least I had two weeks ago. I haven't weighed myself since) and I've been enjoying the gym as much as one can. Personal training is going great with Sam and I'm enjoying yoga whenever I get out to it.
And the biggest news for me - I have a boyfriend! A real one! Not one that strings me along and flakes out on me. I have a nice one who refuses to let me pay for anything, buys me flowers, holds open doors and continously tells me how awesome I am. If I'm not with friends or at work I'm usually with him and he really makes me truly happy. I haven't been this happy around a person in a long time. Plus, he's really hot! And he is a huge weirdo like me. We play videogames together and watch bad movies and go to dinosaur parks and generally act like big dorks. He also cooks me dinner and loves to cuddle. I don't understand how I managed to snag a guy this great. And I apologize for rambling about him but I just cannot get him out of my mind. We are alwys texting each other and it makes me feel so special. :) We're planning a camping trip with Sam and her boyfriend. In June we're going to Calgary for comic con. I just love doing things with him!
So, yeah. That's my life. I'm hardly ever at home anymore but I think it definitely makes up for all the time I've wasted there doing nothing.
