I must say my IT guy is pretty astute. He's replaced my parts and charged me a rather decent figure for the replacement. One thing he said stuck:
IT Guy: whatever I can do I will try to do, and try it within budget, caz I know you ..
Me: are low budget?
IT Guy: *awkward laugh* .. have got budget constraints
