Ha! Reading this made me remember all the best bits of that episode. It's like watching it again! The thank you for the music bit made me smirk too. Ah, Guy, how I love thee.

I agree that Angela is a rather flat, pointless, charmless character. I too love the actress, adored her in Smack the Pony, but she's not utilised in GW at all.

I like doing these GW entries - maybe for the reason you mentioned, to look back on the episodes & remind me what was so funny about them.

Yeah, it's a shame about Angela. Hopefully there'll be less of her in future episodes.

I was "..." at the banana thing to. Basically, the words running through my mind were "Huh? What? Why?"

Maybe the "off" parts of Mac were the parts his "misty watercolour" brain were trying to get back.

I guess the banana thing was one of those "random gags" you can't get - if it works for you, it does and you laugh but if it doesn't, you'll just be confused.

I wish I could be there to hold his hand/hug him until he's back to normal. But then again, by then I probably would have found a way to superglue myself to him and never let go.
