gmail ruins everything (or, "seidr!")

Oh my god, it turns out being ridiculous on Google-related sorcery makes me post even less often. STOP IT, GOOGLE.

This past week I actually sat down and watched things on Regular TV, which I just don't do anymore (this is my face of "Oh yes, I would love to wait months for your poorly-subtitled version of what I can watch online!")

I would love (~for realz~ now) to watch Legend of the Seeker live, but it doesn't air anywhere. And I used to DVR Gossip Girl, but then a certain channel committed to airing Two And A Half Men 24/7 pulled the show halfway through season 3, after moving it to Sundays at 11pm. Now, everyone knows the best time for a show with a young demographic that has school Monday morning is late Sunday night. A+

ANYWAY, that has nothing to do with what I actually sat down to watch. I still don't understand from where exactly did my friend pull out a DVD (or better yet, VHS-to-DVD -- HILARITY GUARANTEED) of Madonna's stop in Barcelona for the Blond Ambition tour? It is non. stop. comedy. Madonna's ridiculous voice, random people getting on stage, OBAMA THE DANCER, random popcorn explosions in the audience, the POWERFUL MAGIC on the microphone, THIS. Son, i was not dissapoint. Only ten years late.

I also (FINALLY) watched Whip It. Let me tell you one thing about Drew Barrymore: I like her so much I just realized I have two tags saying essentially the same thing. And I would take her behind middle school, etc.

That said, if I were one of those people who get to have their useless quotes printed on DVD covers, I'd describe Whip It as, "Clumsy, but non-stop fun" or perhaps, "An ode to Juliette Lewis' ability to violate you with her eyes." No, no, "Will make you inappropridream about Kristen Wiig."

And the last thing on my GUESS WHAT I WATCHED AFTER EVERYBODY ELSE IN THE WORLD list is Where the Wild Things Are. Let's just say my quote on that DVD cover would go along the lines of "LIKE CRYING WHEN YOU'RE SUFFOCATING."

Speaking of suffocating, you know what pisses me off? JUST AS I PLAN TO START POSTING ABOUT FUN SEEKER TIMES, THEY CANCEL MY DAMN SHOW. FUCK THAT. Part 3 in my Stages of Grief pointlessness is dedicated to thrace_ and baby sheep everywhere.
