I know who you are, Orihime.

A trade?

Ah...! Yes. A trade.

My friend Ishida Uryuu...his arm was lost, and since I can't heal it this time, I was wondering if it would be possible for him to have it fixed.

Reconstructive surgery, and delicate at that. Think of the tendons, the muscles, the bones, the ligaments, the blood vessels--and that's not beginning to go into the nerve work necessary therein.

Robotics not an option?

It might be possible.

What do you have to offer?

It is a lot to ask for...but Ishida-kun wouldn't have lost it if he hadn't been trying to help me and Kurosaki-kun.

...And Ishida-kun likes crafts and sewing, and I don't know if you can do that with a robotic arm!! It might tear the fabric...

I don't know what to offer, or what Deity-san would want. My powers...might be something, but I wouldn't be of any use without them. But if that's what it takes then you can have them!!

Besides that I have a chinchilla and some clothes and money from the city...

What does Deity-san want?

A finely made robotic arm might do it. After all, what is a sewing machine but a machine? He could have a needle in one fingertip, thread running up to his shoulder. Perhaps his thumb could be the plate beneath the needle. Put a strip of fabric between his fingers and he could sew it quick as a flash.

I think it's a rather good idea.

But you're set on restored flesh.

Chinchilla... Tasty little buggers--no, wait, that's guinea pig. My mistake. Chinchillas are the ones that like to play in the dust all the time.

You say you'd be of no use without your powers.

Then it comes to the point of how much you want this for him.

[ooc: Do you have any plots or plans worked out about this? I don't want to spoil any plots. Because I'm fine with almost anything. He might take her powers for a while, or her might take one of her hands for a while, if you're good with either of those.]

...I want it very much. Whatever it takes, please.

[ooc; Nope! He can have her powers for a while, or take away part of them -- whichever sounds good to you =3 ]

You said you would be useless without your powers.

Think of them as a limb of yours, as an extension of yourself, as something with with you manipulate the world beyond your inner body.

Consider being without them. How useless would you be?

As useless as one who is left with only one hand.

It seems a valid parallel.

[ooc: Getting a hand grown back is...eh...kind of big in the scheme of things, so he'll be borrowing her powers for a while--at least a couple of weeks, possibly as much as a month.]

[After a long pause]

...Understood.

Will you need my hairpins, too?

[ooc; Pfft, even two or three months would be fine!]

Yes.
I will.

For one month.

[ooc: Let's go with one month. Seems a nice round time frame to me. And he'll give her plain hair pins at the office. Just to be spiteful.]

...Alright.

Then, thank you for helping me, sir!

Will Ishida-kun get his arm back soon?

[ooc; Alright! And lol, poor Hime. =( ]

Come by the office. Delivery upon payment.

Well, that and a couple of hours of work on my part.

Yes, very soon.

[ooc: If Ishida-mun wants to make a little something about Ishida's arm growing back--it stings or something--that would probably be okay. Otherwise, it can simply appear overnight. Magic arm!]
