i had to give up watching nip/tuck this season. it has just gotten too weird. since the "mystery" of who the carver was was solved by the end of the last season i felt no need to come back this year.

from your review it doesn't sound any less weird but it was pretty out there so i guess it wouldn't take much to make it LESS weird.

Well, the show always has stuff coming out of left field...but at least it's a little more grounded this season. Last season there was too much extraneous stuff...Mobsters, the FBI, the Carver, Sean and Christian doing work on dead bodies, Quentin having no penis...too much that added up. Now it's done in moderation, more like Season 2.

i dunno...i think i'm "over it". last year i wasn't much into it, but recorded all the shows and would watch them in lumps. i got into it again, but this year i have decided it's a show i can go w/o. same w/desperate housewives. they started getting too out there as well so i decided this season i could care less. besides, teri hatcher bugs the fuck outta me. her AND her stupid character.

I don't really watch any TV besides Nip/Tuck, and whatever DVDs I buy (usually HBO). So I can go without every show! Although Desperate Housewives is also supposedly getting better this season.
