Here's the play-by-play...
* A stripper named Blu Mondae, huh? If they don't play the New Order song I'll be severely disappointed.
* Oh dear, a gay patient. I think we all know where this is going. This sugar daddy is even ickier than he needs to be! "He was as straight as the day is long." What?!? He was 24 hours straight?
* Ooh, lookie....Matt's out of "the garage"!! ...But it sounds like he might be in there a lot this season.
* Lobster Claw Annie!!
* Bitchy circus freak barista! Apparently "deformities" are this season's "serial rapist."
* Matt has the hots for Kimber! That's fun. I guess his whole sexually confused phase is over, just in time's for Christian. It's good to see her again!
* Uh-oh, scratch that, Kimber's getting preachy.
* Gay subtext plus strippers. This is making me feel aaaaawkward...
* All this cutting back and forth between hot sex scenes and surgeries on deformed people is starting to give me a complex. Nip/Tuck giveth and Nip/Tuck taketh away....
* Lobster Claw baby dolls!!
* Oh right, Dead Nazi Dad. That happened. Maybe we forgot all about that because it happened at the exact same time as another hostage situation...
* What's with the kooky mood machine and anti-antidepressant angle? Ah. Matt wants to be a Scientologist. No wonder Brooke Shields hasn't popped up in this episode.
* Uh oh, Heineken commercial. I'm going to the fridge. Damn you, advertisers!

* "I should never have gone back to work last year..." You said it, Jules. Is that writer's remorse I hear?
* "A blow job's a blow job..." I'm feeling aaaaaawkward again....and BAM! Naked boy went down. Is it wrong that that pleased me? I'm just saying, if Christian's going gay it better not be that cheap. This guy is trashy.
* Well, Sanaa Lathan and an old lady in a trench coat have something weird going on. Ick. And Liz is totally loving it.
* Lobster Claw surgery is a go!! ...When the baby arrives.
* Ashley Wednesdae? I was thinking they were gonna go for Ruby Tuesdae. That was a weird ending.
* Overall, a little slow...with the surgeries (bi guy, deformed guy) a little too conveniently reflective of the good doctors, and a major character decision (Matt being a Scientologist) feeling more like something the writers want than something he wants. Nothing much happened. I'd go easy on this episode given that there were no major blunders...but I'm taking away a point for no New Order. Nip/Tuck seems to be biding its time...
