So 1st day of healthy eating has gone well......

My Eats

Breakfast - "soaked overnight" oats and blueberries
Lunch - veggie sushi & nectarine
Dinner - egg, cottage cheese and coleslaw salad & WW choc mousse
Snacks - 1 soya yoghurt, 1 nectarine, 1 plum

Total WW points = 14.5
3.5 points to bank

No exercise today as my legs are killing me from doing pump for the 1st time in a few weeks on both Saturday and Sunday......
