I was struggling with the stairs jog goal, but I'm back. Still can't make it all the way up to floor 5 even when I'm only carrying a coat and light purse, but I'm up to floor 4 which is better than last week.

I had a meat based feast the last couple of weeks, but I've done much better this last week.

I'm not in the habit of going out to dance every single week, but I'm doing better about it. It's hard getting that into a routine, but changes around the house with the cats are soon to make the home routine more amiable to going out.
