As the recipe promised, this was an easy recipe. My favorite part of this is the crunch crumb topping on the muffins. Nothing like a bit of sugar to get me going in the morning. My go-to muffin recipe is still the Banana Chocolate Nut Muffins from mellybrelly.

This was one of the last new dishes I ever cooked for Michael. These muffins were a big hit with Michael and several friends of all ages, from kids to adults. Not difficult to make at all.
