Irvine was one i have been meaning to check out as well, apparently they have a very good, but surprisignly not extremely well-known performing arts program. The Santa Barbare area is beautiful, thats been my main attraction to going to UCSB, that and they also have a good performing arts area. plus there's a lot of good shows in SB, woo.

that is true. its hard to say about irvine. i mean i particularly enjoyed the campus itself, but its not much of a city and probably not too great for shows and such. i checked it out in one of those college books. its pretty much a walk in. 80% acceptance. but yea, i totally agree with you about ucsb. most, if not all the other uc's are mainly engineering/science kind of universities, but sb is one of the few artsie ones, which drew me in. you were in my calculus class. i have no future with engineering. ha. but really is a beautiful campus. definitely one of my top choices, if i can get in.

you should go to UCSD, oh and by the way you don't have to do the AP Physics homework.
