36 Days Left: Crunch Time

Okay, time for the final phases of training. I'm on a short semi-rest period between cycles, and then comes the hardest one: Power Endurance. Training to maintain a high level of strength and speed (power) over a long period of time (thus, endurance). Four weeks of that and the last week to rest and rebuild my body for the fight.

Also the diet is going into high gear as well, the easy-diet has lost me about 27lbs., and I am now 240lbs., however, if I had been really on it from Day 1, I would be near 220 already (which is my "normal" body weight, then I aim for 210 for my "in-shape, low body fat" weight and about 205ish, for my "six-pack, ready to fight pro, real athlete" weight). The high gear is the same as the easy diet, but now just a little bit more on top of eating frequently, no high-high fat foods (maybe 1 on a workout day), and not too crazy on my high calorie days. My weight goal is just under 230lbs that morning of the fight (like 229 or 228), or lower if the mega fat burning of the power endurance doesn't plummet my bodyfat way down.

Now I go back to reading manga (of which since I started going to OneManga.com, I've increased the series I like by quite a lot). I hope everyone else is doing well.
