For Due South it would be Letting Go, the episode after Victoria's Secret. Kind of a let down. Buffy it was probably, I dunno, most of the 4th Season on and off! I can't think of a specific episode.

Castle. Because then more people would tweet about it and I would occasionally not forget to watch it! Oops and all that!

F1 today was okay, bit dull down the front but a lot going on otherwise on and off. Alonso drove a blinder. To me the Schumacher penalty doesn't make sense, in my mind the Safety Car had been called in, and there were green flags so racing it was. If it had still been SC conditions but with the SC in the pit then yes.
