IN BY THE SKIN OF MY TEETH.
For the hell of it I decided to draw the guys from my fascinating dream last night. A few details aren't quite right (the chick's hair is clear in my head but I can't get it down on paper), but this is close enough for now. They are a fantastic collection of most of my personal Character Design Cliches, let me tell you. Groups of four (specifically three guys and one woman), long coats with big collars, open overshirts, tall guys, really short guys, big noses, sideburns & facial hair, heeled boots, et cetera. My subconscious brain knows me well.
I can't explain it but I really enjoyed last night's dream, and I really like these guys. Before I fall asleep tonight I'm pretty sure they'll all have names, gawd. I kinda wanna hang on to them and see if I can't eventually find a place to stick them.
