I'm watching Stratford's version of Romeo and Juliet and I have to say, being underwhelmed. Not the caliber I expected. Colm Feore as Mercutio, Meagan Follows as Juliet. I auditioned today for two shows (joint director auditions) and totally enjoyed it. I did my usual piece and they loved it. Said it was the best audition piece they'd ever seen and that it was perfect for me and I did a great job with it ( Read more... )

So... getting lots of really positive feedback from the show. Random theatre goers telling me I'm fantastic, Carrie's boyfriend told her he was really impressed with me, Dave loved the show... it's all good. If you ignore the tension backstage about one actor. The four girls in the show went to the hair salon today to have 30s hairstyles created for us that we could recreate during the run of the show. I've got my hair in a bun.
