In which I poll the audience about making recs
Since I've got the paid account at DW for a bit I thought I'd do a poll.
One of the things I decided after I [ polled fandom] about recs was that I would make a comm to rec things on, since my journal seems to get filled up with posts on various sorts of things. So I set up fish-recs and proceeded to ignore its existence. I have since imported all of my rec posts to that comm and have occasionally updated or otherwise cleaned up the entries. I'm not finished with that process (so some of the entries are still locked), half because I really hate doing that sort of fiddling detail-work and half because I forget about it. But as in theory I have it up and putting along slowly, so I should post my next rec set there. Which has got me thinking...
Lately I've been wondering if I've put the comm in the right place. I prefer DW but most of my flist seems happy on LJ. Hence, poll! [The DW entry.]

And if you like, feel free to send others this way, if you think they might be interested in my recs. Larger sample size => better statistics, bo-yah! Especially for the final question on the poll, I'm especially worried about the quality of my statistics for that section.
I'm not sure if DW allows non-DW users to take polls. It may well allow Open-ID. If you can't take the poll but have thoughts, just leave a comment with your thoughts. (Or something. It's not like I'm running a totalitarian regime here.)
