Gift-giving meme!
Gakked from jadesfire2808 (on a flocked post here) on the logic that I've claimed a gift from her and thus I should continue to spread the gift-ness. It's like a pyramid scheme of awesome!:
The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! My choice. For you. Bwahaha!
This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:
- What I create will be just for you.
- I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
- You will receive your item within a year (barring any extremely odd occurrences like the postal services of all countries deciding to not deliver anything ever again. Or alien invasions. I think I could be excused a bit of delay in the case of alien invasions!)
- You will have no clue what the item is going to be. It could be a story or poetry. It could be a piece of handmade jewelry or an art doll. I may draw, paint, collage or knit something. I might bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure! *is gleeful about the prospect of being evil making surprises*
- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange! (Actually, I generally reserve this right as a matter of course in all of my actions :P )
- If you'd prefer for me to not know your postal address (privacy and anonymity and the internet, etc.), just let me know and I'll make you something electronic. Or, if you'd be fine with something physical but you don't want to put your real name, that's also fine-- just invent something else or I'm putting your screen name and you'll be the one to explain to your postman :)
- If you know that I still owe you a generic-winter-holiday gift, you can still play (although I might combine the parcels to save monies).
- Participating in no way requires you to do this meme yourself.
I'm going to flock this for a few days in order to give people on my friends list first dibs. If there are still gift(s) up for grabs by then, I'll unflock it. Post opened up since there's still gifts to be claimed :)
