As we head into our Quizzo evening (working on that ever-challenging team name)...I leave YOU with a few questions we did NOT get right last week. (and can you blame us? well, yes, on the geography questions perhaps).

pondering poi dogs

mmmm...poi. nope, I'm kidding on the mmmmm...it's purple goo and I wouldn't touch it since it was sitting next to such copious amounts of roasted-in-the-ground pig at the luaus I've attended. I fight against poverty so people don't have to eat poi. although there wouldn't be as much poverty if we ALL ate poi. huh.
still...poi is for poi dogs. see? no good can come from eating it:

I was off on the milk weight by 1/4 lb. There is an exhibit at the children's museum where I helped Y weigh gallons of water. I blame my math error on my estimation of the weight of fat. in a milk jug or on my body, fat always weighs more than I mean for it to. damn.

The island one is where my speed finger would have gotten you in trouble. If anyone says "island" and "South Pacific" in the same trivia question, I'll always ring in and say "Bali Hai", fully knowing there's a 40% chance of being wrong.
