ADMIN: I want to thank everyone who responded to my previous post. I've gotten some extremely good comments and suggestions and, I'm hoping, with a little luck I can use some of them to create a better environment here on the community. Feel free to continue to leave your thoughts and comments in the posts as that, for now, the community is going to stay the same with no changes until I can gather a few more ideas. Rest assured, I'm thinking over all of the changes everyone has suggested and appreciate them more than I can say. :)
