Some presents come in disguise.
Writing has to resume tomorrow, today was reserved for catching up, after being away for a week, attending a seminar. Yet the word count required, plus the continued weekend activities of this month simply demand this. Wish me luck.
Life is changing at a frenzied pace. Just today, paths shifted again, unexpectedly and with a vengeance. I'll feel that pain for a bit longer, but I try to see it as an opportunity for growth. In the end, many people are lending a helping hand, even though it hurts at first. And sometimes, people make decisions easy by their actions or by what they say.
I'm trying to focus on the positive side of what is happening, and on all the help I'm getting, even in disguise. Someone once said the universe gives us presents and wraps them up as problems. It sure feels like that today.
