I just found out that if you stand on the top of the Malvern Hills and look east the next highest hills are the Urals in Russia.
Isn't that cool?
Fo anyone who has no idea what I'm on about, I live in a tiny county in the UK called Worcestershire. It's famous for producing the so-named sauce (though not any more), Royal Worcester porcelain, fruit growing, Edward Elgar and the Malvern Hills which are beautiful and can be seen for miles around. I love this area - I think it's in my blood. Beautiful countryside, fabulous buildings and a long and interesting history.
Anyone else very attached to where they live, or where they want to live?
