Hashirama does not have any idea about the Uchiha drama >.> And as agreed upon during their first encounter at Ninja High, Hashirama is going to treat him to some drinks at his place. Some uh... strong stuff they're used to having back at camp. ]
[ Naruto, he is aware of Kushina's temporary absence, and you can totally move in with him if you wanted to, using the excuse of studying to read hieroglyphics or something.
