Ok so get this. My landlord is doing some construction on the fly in the basement of the house apartment I'm renting, which is fine, even with all the men outside and loud banging and whatnot, but which is NOT fine, is that they tore out the front porch last week so the postman can't get to the mailbox! I'm sure you're probably much more annoyed with our new Landlords than I am, but I just thought it was weird that nobody bothered to tell us when our rent checks are due from now on.

it's still the 20th of every month, but remember we have that two-week grace period so the rent isn't -actually- due until the 2nd or 3rd of each month! :) and our new landlord is creeeeeepy...

Poor you. *pats head* Reyes told me about your apartment. That's fishy and horrible. And thank goodness you have that much patience. Did I tell you I held rent with my landlord because my kitchen had a huge crack? Anyhow... yeah, patience is the key...
