Seriously!
So I find out on Friday that we do not qualify for incentives, and I'm like wtf!? thats gay. I guess they don't consider us real full time employees even if we are going to be working full time hours. Y para acabarla de chingar (to top it all off)they fucking tell us there are no checks for us until the 31st because since we are also not considered "salaried" they do need to hold a check for 2 weeks for us instead of paying us current like they told us they would from the beginning. So I'm like really pissed off. Honestly its not so much because they have to hold our checks for us, but because they've been telling us we get paid on the 14th and so people didn't plan for NOT getting money and are totally screwed. If we knew that there would be no checks for us we could have at least planned for it. Some people probably wouldn't have even taken the job, or not quit their old jobs, etc. Its SO stupid. Ernesto is just like, you're okay. But I'm not okay. I need to my own money already, I don't like to have to rely on other people. I'm very grateful for his support but I still find it hard to let him do this for me. I'm still very stubborn about it. But whatever, hopefully they work something out for us because it was their fault for telling us the wrong thing and just like someone said at work, how do they expect us to get by pay for gas,parking etc to be there? It seriously sucks. I need to get on as a permanent hire already. So yeah, no Christmas this year people! Everyone is getting an IOU from me.
