Awesome parents weekend!
Friday- PT, dentist (lame, 2 new cavities) speed art supply trip w/ sasha, monkeys (v. disorganized rehearsal of day show, and we have a balancing act, almost), epic fail on the attempt to remove the dmr from my music, practiced with my new glass, cut myself for the first time, fire practice (ran the whole show 2x), jordana's b-day party v. breifly, twat chat party for much longer than intended, more fighting and losing to itunes.
Saturday- Cleaned room, continued fighting my comp, day show (really silly, but ok),lunch w/ mom, grandma and jacquie, won- got my music into live!, VRDT show (adin danced very well), make up and gathering crap, call for the show, Fire Show was Amazing - for the first time ever i didn't fuck up really badly and/or light myself on fire, Masquerave set up, corset lacing crisis, My set went pretty well, kinda empty at first, but the second half was good, checked out the monkey party briefly (it was lame-chill and not what i needed), went back to the masquerave, continued dancing insanely and drinking lots of champaign and flirting with george, took steve back to my room so he could crash, went to the diner, crashed.
It was fabulous, and i had a really good time, and i'm so glad jon and steve came b/c it was great to see them, but i feel like i was a really bad hostess...i am really tired and have tons of work to do, but i can't get myself to do it. all i want is to snuggle, and nap, or bake and eat delicious things. my whole body is in pain.
