I haven’t had time to sew for a long time. This month I’ve tried to catch up on a few projects. Last week I showed you the beginnings of my new steampunked gun. This week I’ve been helping my daughter with her latest costume.

This week’s variable weather hasn’t daunted me. There is much to create. I’m working on steampunking up another opshop Nerf gun purchase (though the rainy days do slow down the painting process).

Got a phone call yesterday. The painter was coming this morning (7.30pm) as an opening had come up. (not the weekend). So we had to hurriedly move all of the furniture, get down boxes from the top of the cupboards, lots of clearing up. Everything is in the new room.....

Bad news: the tiler did not show today... fuming.... have not heard the possum today. hope he is not rotting in the walls... :(

Good news: new section: the brickie has put the window sills on and is finished up! :) The painter came and has done the cieling. we have seen the paint... yummy! and says he will be finished painting tomorrow.
