Managed to start on the handsewn eyelets today. I am trying metal rings/washers this time, as research says that metal rings were used on some extant dresses. However, I will need to get a larger size, as the hole will be a little small... :(

last weekend we attended the newcomers feast. Had a hoot. Morgan enjoyed playing with the other kids. David and William challenged each other at a boffer fight. Morgan also challenged Dafydd for a boffer fight.

• compiling pics for upcoming class at Suth Moot: Possible patterns for 16th C Florentine outfit. Have had to cut it down.

Been offline for a week.
Tourney on Sunday, with very hot weather predicted. I am the auctioneer (it is an auction tourney to raise money for an upcoming fighter symposium) and so have to go.
