It's just shoulder length with layers and feathering. Sometimes I take time over it, sometimes I can't be arsed to.

Blue dress with white crochet and beading detail, grey cardi, flesh coloured tights, black leather pumps that i wear cause they go with this outfit, and my converses won't, regrettably :(
