You can grill asparagus, shrimp, and portabello mushrooms. You can also do veggie kababobs that take about 15 minutes between prep and cook time if I do recall correctly. :-) I can't believe that I just gave cooking advice...I hate cooking of any kind.

1. You can't do chicken too many ways.

2. Limes go with everything.

3. White fish is flaky and delicious, but then again, so is Salmon.

4. Lemons go everywhere limes can, and beyond, when it comes to grilling.

5. Teriyaki is the summertime spice of life for grilling.

6. Fresh sweet onions, and mushrooms, are fantastic on the grill.

Keep those 6 points in mind, and you my friend, shall have one happy grilling season.

For the past half a dozen years of my life I've rarely eaten anything that's not cooked on the grill for the entirety of the summer. That being said, there's entirely too many recipes and stuff out there, the best thing is just to experiment with making marinades and the like. Olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, mayonnaise, pepper, cajun seasoning, mojo and the like will be your best friends if you take your time to experiment and find-out what tastes best and what sticks to/provides the proper flavor for the meat or vegetables you're making ( ... )
