Am not dead!
I did, however, sleep 14 hours last night. I also had nightmares (this is true!) about formatting. No matter what my dream-avatar did, the text just keep leaping out of the margins, the images kept causing funny line breaks, and the font kept jumping between serif and sans-serif fonts.
People who might actually have such a nightmare should watch this video. Everyone else should shake their head and move on.
