They're predicting anywhere from 6-12 inches of snow today. It's already started. I'm sitting here at work watching the snowflakes pour down, and pretty much being reminded of why I hate winter. Bah ( Read more... )

Aaaaaaand this is why you need to move to So Cal. It's 47 degrees here today and that's like absolute zero for us, hahaha.

Dude, I know. I was gonna say that in my post but decided not to whine about me not being in California.

It's all relative. When it's 47 here in the winter, we break out our T-shirts and wash our cars in the driveway. You guys get out the parkas. Heh.

My DVDs are being shipped as we speak.

But I'm PISSED at Amazon right now, or rather at the post office, because I just realized that they're saying the package with my secret santa present in it was delivered on Wednesday. Only I never GOT IT!!! :( :( :( I got ALL my other packages except for that one which was the most important! I don't know what to do...this sucks.

UPS or Postal? Call them up and see if they are being held at one of the distribution centers. You could proably pick it up if it is.

Hehehe, I probably should have come back to edit the comment to say that soon after I wrote that, I went poking around and found my package...my mom had taken it into her room. Even though my packages are addressed to Catherine and hers to Katie, I don't think she quite notices the difference most of the time. So everything is ok now. Thank goodness! I didn't want to have to spend time tracking that down!
