They're predicting anywhere from 6-12 inches of snow today. It's already started. I'm sitting here at work watching the snowflakes pour down, and pretty much being reminded of why I hate winter. Bah.
I've never been one of those people who loves snow. Yeah, it might be pretty to look at once in a while. But when I have to trudge through it, shovel almost a foot of it, drive through it...yeah, not so much. I've tried skiing, it's not for me and I doubt it ever will be. So I'm just going to be one of those Northeasterners who sits around all winter complaining about the snow.
On the bright side, once I do shovel it all out of the way and once the plows do their thing, I've got a Secret Santa Christmas party to go to tomorrow night. Yay! I hate snow, but I LOVE parties. I also love cooking for parties. I'm bringing a taco dip, chocolate/caramel cupcakes, and bacon cookies. :D
