I just got back from 3 days of family togetherness at Tagaytay Highlands, hence the no posts. I'm too tired to write anything now, but I just wanted you all to know I'm still alive. I have a backlog of posts and pictures which are coming soon, weekends not included. :)

This was my first breakfast of our vacation. Our routine is to go to the Golfer's Clubhouse at HIghlands and just pig out. I chose the Filipino Favorites, which is garlic rice, corned beef guisado, frieg egg (perfectly runny yolk, just the way I like it), atchara (pickled vegetables), super fresh tomato, and cucumber. And for all the non-Filipinos out there, rice for breakfast is not as strange as it seems. :)
